1. Smooth & effective functioning of store by meeting the assigned targets.
2. Ensure high customer experience, utilizing footfalls and maximizing sales through high conversion on footfalls.
3. Responsible for Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedure.
4. Ensuring efficient inventory management.
5. Ensuring team is well equipped with proper knowledge and providing refresher training as and when required.
6. Has an experiencing of listing the products on the B2C (Business to Customer) online marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Snapdeal, Pepperfry, Firstcry etc
7. Can manage and grow the sales in online business opportunities
8. Has an experience of doing the B2B (Business to Business) marketplace like Indiamart, Tradeindia etc
9. Can generate the online invoice from the online marketplace' websites
10. Can maintain the track of the dispatched goods and the stock levels at the warehouse of Marketplace such as Amazon
11. Can minimize and maintain the sales returns from the marketplace' consumers.
